Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently to our Atlanta customers. You will be working in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight by hand or using material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack).
- Verify and record quantities of goods shipped, received, or stored.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide full training for qualified candidates.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
