Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (certification provided upon hiring).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor, including regular sweeping and decluttering.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork, including shipping labels and inventory logs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail, ability to work well in a team, and a positive work ethic.
