Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise to and from trailers and storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive, verify, and record incoming inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
