Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain proper stock levels in the warehouse.
- Package and prepare items for shipment using proper packaging materials and safety protocols.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF scanners) to track inventory movements and updates.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with forklift operation (CDL or forklift certification is a plus).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
