Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by following all safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all shipping labels are correct.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not strictly required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
