Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload packages from delivery trucks using powered equipment.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and verify inventory with high accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all customer orders are correct.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Documentation: Ability to present valid government ID for I-9 verification.
- Basic Skills: Good reading and basic math skills for scanning and counting.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
