Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently by picking, packing, and labeling merchandise.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks securely, verifying shipment contents against packing lists.
- Assist in training new team members on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy ( familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
