Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently locate, pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are replenished as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
