Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock adjustments to maintain accurate records.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery as certified.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Ensure the warehouse aisles are clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
