Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and packing lists.
- Package and label products securely for distribution to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning devices to track inventory accurately.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required (we train).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn handheld scanner technology quickly.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
