Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize inventory, scan items, and ensure accurate stock counts using warehouse management software.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance, including cleaning and organizing workspaces.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning tasks.
- Valid driver's license (for some driving positions).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
