Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise between warehouse locations using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
