Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely from trailers and delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory.
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
