Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels are accurate and items are securely wrapped.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as directed by management.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
