Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation effectively.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with proper equipment handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
