Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Picking and Packing: Process customer orders accurately and prepare them for shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of material handling equipment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Flexible availability including nights and weekends for overtime.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
