Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain organized warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and verify shipment contents against packing lists.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Material Handling: Load and unload trailers using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment speed.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
