Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts using our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Package and label goods securely for shipment to our diverse client base.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward safety.
