Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; we provide training.
