Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our ERP system.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks, verifying shipment contents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; strong candidates without a diploma will be considered.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
