Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management software.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; strong work ethic is the primary requirement.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
