Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and organized.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload delivery trucks, adhering to all safety protocols and weight limits.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders efficiently to meet strict deadlines and service level agreements.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
