Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and merchandise within the warehouse and to and from delivery vehicles.
- Sort, pack, and label products for shipment and distribution with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations.
- Assist in the receiving process by checking incoming goods for damages and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Must possess a valid forklift license or be willing to obtain one.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be reliable and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
