Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Receive incoming shipments, verify counts, and stock inventory in designated areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Load & Unload: Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Safety Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by following all safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counts.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
