Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantities, types, and conditions of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counting.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
