Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to meet daily shipping targets and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stocking shelves, and maintaining accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company specifications before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment for all employees.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and dock areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
