Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that our products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our clients across the East Coast. If you are a hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy and damage, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying freight manifests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for Daily Pay candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
