Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying inventory against shipping manifests.
- Organize, clean, and maintain the warehouse storage areas to ensure optimal workflow.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to minimize waste and errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
