Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Organize and maintain inventory stock in designated areas.
- Perform daily quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency and resolve issues.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
