Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock integrity.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and sign for receipts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required (we train).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
