Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse software.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move heavy merchandise.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load/Unload: Receive incoming shipments and load outbound trucks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the Los Angeles facility.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a standard drug screen and provide valid identification.
