Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all items meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen (background check is not required for this role).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
