Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Safely pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and manage incoming and outgoing inventory accurately.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a full-time schedule (first, second, or third shift).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but training is available for motivated candidates.
