Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely delivery scheduling
- Conduct regular cycle counts and manage inventory control systems
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a distribution center
- Forklift certification and advanced WMS system proficiency
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and inventory control
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
