Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, sorting, and inspection of incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, safely and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials and machinery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not always required.
- Ability to pass a standard drug screen and background check (background check is not required for this specific position).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software or scanners is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work weekends or overtime as needed.
