Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to process inbound and outbound inventory accurately.
  • Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and resolve bottlenecks efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding quality control and loss prevention.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred; valid drivers license is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
