Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and pack merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Shipping and Receiving: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counts and packaging.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high accuracy standards.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
