Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Scan and verify items using handheld scanners to ensure 100% accuracy in inventory management.
- Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and general warehouse organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a standard background check.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- No prior warehouse experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
