Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
