Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack and seal products for shipment, ensuring all labels, documentation, and safety requirements are met.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Stock Replenishment: Assist in organizing and restocking inventory to ensure optimal workflow and accessibility.
- Data Entry: Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to update inventory records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to read safety labels and instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is preferred but not required for this role.
