Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
