Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and scanning of customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, errors, or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and quality targets.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to ensure smooth distribution flow.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld technology.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting with varying temperature conditions.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
