Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Shipment Processing: Inspect, label, and box products to ensure they meet quality standards before leaving the facility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Entry Level Open: No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and handling inventory.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a full-time schedule.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to the Virginia Beach or North Carolina facility.
