Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required by training.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Overtime Support: Assist with peak season demands by working flexible hours and overtime shifts when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide paid on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
