Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory checks and accurately record stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Package and label goods to ensure safe delivery to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse floor and storage racks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices for order processing.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions when handling outdoor inventory.
