Responsibilities
- Receive and Inspect: Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage upon arrival.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock organization to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards to prevent errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and punctuality.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
