Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor and package them for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to track stock levels and ensure accuracy.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by sweeping, mopping, and organizing shelves.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments for damage or errors and sign off on delivery logs.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift managers to ensure operational flow.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate with team members.
- Availability: Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required by business needs.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
