Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage materials using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Control: Utilize scanners and WMS software to accurately track stock levels and locations.
- Packaging: Prepare products for shipment, ensuring all orders are accurate and packaged securely.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Documentation: Verify and process incoming and outgoing paperwork and logs.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and using handheld devices.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and punctuality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required for this entry-level role.
