Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick items from the warehouse shelves and prepare them for shipment using scanning equipment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packages are sealed correctly before dispatch.
- Team Support: Assist team leads with daily operations and support colleagues during peak shipping seasons.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for safety documentation.
