Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Scan barcodes and verify inventory counts to ensure accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Pack, seal, and label products according to shipping guidelines and customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; however, we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
